New Work Culture at the Ministry of Health

The Ministry of Health has a new work culture based on the core value BerAKHLAK with 3  cultural themes, namely;

1️⃣ 𝗘𝗞𝗦𝗘𝗞𝗨𝗦𝗜 𝗘𝗙𝗘𝗞𝗧𝗜𝗙
Ministry of Health personnel must be able to work smart (effectively and efficiently), by utilizing resources optimally to provide the best results by prioritizing integrity, being competent, constantly improving their abilities, being agile and quick in adapting to change.

2️⃣ 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗔 𝗞𝗘𝗥𝗝𝗔 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗨
Ministry of Health personnel must be able to collaborate with internal and external partners and always be solution-oriented and continuous improvement in order to be able to carry out the 6 pillars of health transformation.

3️⃣ 𝗣𝗘𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗡 𝗨𝗡𝗚𝗚𝗨𝗟
Ministry of Health personnel must be proactive and responsive with the best effort in providing the best solutions and services in order to encourage the creation of a new work culture that is more effective, efficient, innovative, collaborative and service-oriented.
